I discovered Yin Yoga for the first time in 2014 in Bali. Instantly, during my first class and in the first few minutes of the first posture, tears started to roll down my face. I was so overwhelmed with the emotions. I knew a part of me had been missing this feeling my entire life. It was a space where I could let go and accept everything. It felt like coming home.

I founded MedYin in 2017 – A very powerful combination of Meditation and Yin yoga.

The class comprises of Breathing exercises and Yin yoga ; ending with Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) or a Meditation.

I guide you towards creating a safe container for yourself, to relax completely. I then “hold space” for you to see / sense / feel your personal path to move away from victim based stories to creator based visions. Come experience the Magic!
